Two families will be selected for one of the Twin Homes to be built in Spirit Lake.

Watch here for news of the upcoming Groundbreaking for two homes, which will take place in early Spring. These twin-homes are located at Jackson & 20th Street in Spirit Lake. They are to be completed and ready for occupancy on or before December, 2024.
