Northwest Iowa Corridor Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home in Clay and Dickinson Counties. We believe affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.

Two families will be selected for one of the Twin Homes to be built in Spirit Lake.

Watch here for news of the upcoming Groundbreaking for two homes, which will take place in early Spring. These twin-homes are located at Jackson & 20th Street in Spirit Lake. They are to be completed and ready for occupancy on or before December, 2024.
